    ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:

    The Teaching Effectiveness Course (TEC) of the OAT-OVCAA, is one of its flagship programs offered to facilitate intensive training on effective teaching. The TEC is designed to assist teachers in enhancing pedagogical knowledge and instructional design before the academic year starts. The workshop is aimed at training participants on how to design instructional support programs for teachers and manage training processes in their respective universities. After the workshop, participants will get to:

    • Share resources on teaching effectiveness with SUCs and UPD OAT;
    • Have peer consultations within SUCs in the region;
    • Forge partnerships and academic linkages with other SUCs and UPD OAT; and
    • Keep connected with various universities.

    This year’s run serves as the culmination of Course 1 before we develop and roll out the Course 2 across the country. Please note that this workshop is intended for those who handle their Center for Teaching and Learning or its equivalent.

    Please do not hesitate to email ovcaa.oatdiliman@up.edu.ph [subject line: ATTENTION YANI – TaLAS_Name of the University] if you need additional information regarding the course.
