Teaching Development Program

The OAT’s Teaching Development Program supports the university’s mandate to “lead in setting academic standards and initiating innovations in teaching, research and faculty development in philosophy, the arts and humanities, the social sciences, the professions and engineering, natural sciences, mathematics and technology.” (University of the Philippines Charter, Republic Act 9500).

The program sustains an educator’s journey to excellence in teaching the discipline. It hones their ability to develop a culture of excellence in teaching, mentoring, and service, and contributes to achieving leadership in the profession.
