EXCEED Short Courses (04-06 June 2019)

The Extra-Curricular Education for Enhanced Development (EXCEED) is one of the innovations of the Office for the Advancement of Teaching (OAT) in promoting effective teaching in an attempt to make teachers exceed mere adequate teaching, and enhance their disciplinal and non-disciplinal knowledge-base and skills-base capacities.

It was conducted simultaneously with the TEC last June 4-6, 2019 at the UP Institute for Small Scale Industries. The OAT offered nine (9) short courses with specialized teaching topics. The duration of the short courses depends on the topics – 4 half-day short content-based courses and 2 whole-day short skill-based courses.
