This Teachers’ Month, the Office for the Advancement of Teaching (OAT), under the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs (OVCAA), invites everyone to take a moment to pause, connect, and talk about the things that matter to teachers.
Teaching extends beyond what happens inside the classroom. It involves finding meaning in the work, caring for one’s well-being to sustain the practice, and understanding what inspires students to learn.
