



On July 6, 2026, the University of the Philippines Diliman welcomed representatives from Eastern Visayas State University – Tanauan Campus for a benchmarking activity.
The visit featured learning sessions with the Institute of Civil Engineering and the Cesar E.A. Virata School of Business, providing an opportunity to exchange insights, share best practices, and foster collaboration in advancing higher education.
At the Institute of Civil Engineering, the delegation was welcomed by Prof. Jose Regin F. Regidor, Prof. Nataniel B. Diola, Prof. Ma. Doreen Candelaria, and Prof. Hilario Sean Palmiano, who shared their expertise and insights on the institute’s academic programs and initiatives.
Meanwhile, the Cesar E.A. Virata School of Business was represented by Dr. Joel Javiniar, Dr. Elenita N. Que, Dr. Edwehna Elinore S. Paderna, Prof. Marvin John P. Angeles, Prof. Ruth Joy E. Magno, Prof. Rachel Patricia B. Ramirez, Prof. Ramon L. Sanchez III, Dr. Sheryl Lyn Monterola, Dr. Pamela Anne S. Lloren-Alcantara, Prof. Mikhael Anjelu Magana, and Prof. Erik Capistrano, who discussed the School’s programs, initiatives, and best practices with the visiting delegation.
