The UP Diliman Centennial Professorial Chairs and Faculty Grants (1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026 Cycle) are now open for applications. The online application form may be accessed through http://bit.ly/2026UPDCentennialApplications
Faculty will need their UP mail (@up.edu.ph) to log in. To be eligible, an applicant must:
1. have been appointed as a regular or international 1 faculty member since 01 January 2023;
2. have a doctoral degree 2 ;
3. be in active service in UP Diliman at the time of the submission of the application;
4. have had at least 6 units of teaching load within the reckoning period of the award (i.e., 01 January 2025 – 31 December 2025); and 5. have not been found guilty of any administrative or criminal offense especially, but not limited to, an offense involving moral turpitude, or in the instance that there is a pending administrative or criminal case against the applicant, there is no adverse judgment/ruling on the administrative or criminal case at the time of the application.
Current holders of a privately-funded professorial chair or faculty grant equivalent to at least P10,000.00/month are not qualified for this award/grant.
The eligible applicant must submit the following requirements:
1. Duly accomplished online application form.
2. Proof of mentoring;
3. Proof of one refereed research or creative output published/produced between 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025; and
4. Accomplished endorsement form: bit.ly/2026UPDCentennialPCFGEndorsement (to be uploaded in the online application form).
UP Diliman Centennial Professorial Chair and Faculty Grant awardees will receive Php 100,000.00 and Php 75,000.00, respectively.
