We are very happy to welcome Dr. Alvin Tenorio as our new Program Development Associate at the Office for the Advancement of Teaching!
He holds a PhD in Education (Research and Evaluation), from the College of Education, University of the Philippines Diliman. His expertise includes educational measurement, social research methods, and mathematics education.
