Orientation for New Faculty

The OAT, with the OVCAA and the UP System, leads the orientation of new faculty members. The session provides an overview of the general requirements, services, resources for faculty members and opportunities to further develop their teaching career.

The orientation covers initial appointments, renewal and tenure, promotion, honors and recognition, professional advancement, and faculty duties and responsibilities. The faculty also receive guidance on the types of incentives and grants available both from the System and Diliman.
